I moderate online formats on various topics in German and English. In concrete terms, this means that I structure the process, moderate, guide and lead the communication, always in an appreciative, interculturally sensitive, structured and goal-oriented manner. In addition, I share my many years of experience in international online moderation with aspiring moderators. In online workshops moderated by me and usually a co-moderator, participants learn interactive methods to make online events more human, creative and effective through hands-on experience, trial and error, and reflection. Feel free to contact me for more information!<\/p>\n<p>Reflection Labs are a small group format developed and moderated by me, in which I combine impulses on a topic with subsequent reflection. The aim is to immediately put what has been learned into practice, adapted to the respective context of the participants.<\/p>\n<p>In a pure coaching format, the solutions are primarily developed by the clients. Here I specifically share my knowledge through short impulses and then guide reflection and exchange processes. In the process, the participants inspire each other. Perspectives are broadened, new points of view are developed and innovative methods are discussed. This is what Emmy Werner, the pioneer of resilience research, asserts. You will learn about a resilience model based on neuroscientific studies and NeuroMindfulness\u00ae. It teaches strategies that help people to become more resilient, to cope better with crises and even to emerge from them stronger. Together as a group we reflect on which factors you are already implementing well and where some fine tuning is necessary. You will discuss the obstacles that stand in your way and how you can overcome them. In the end, we agree on concrete implementation steps and identify supporting measures that will make you resilient in the long term.<\/p>\n<p><b>You leave the lab stronger, equipped with a concrete plan and already a little bit more resilient&#8230;<\/b><\/p>\n\t<p>The group helps to support each other in questioning attitudes and changing behaviour in a sustainable way. The lab can be booked either as a one-off 90-minute interactive online event or in a slightly more intensive form with three 90-minute parts that build on each other over a period of four weeks. In between and afterwards, the results are implemented and communicated so that others can also benefit, because resilient role models are needed in organisations and in our society.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"#faq\" title=\"Click Here\" target=\"_self\"   role=\"button\" aria-label=\"FAQ\u00b4s\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFAQ\u00b4s\n\t\t<\/a>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tLeadership Lab\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Being able to accurately assess the consequences of one&#8217;s own actions and adapt to the needs of another person in different situations is an important key social skill, especially for leaders. In this lab, you will learn about a neuroscientific model that is used successfully worldwide in leadership development. You will first apply this model to yourself in the lab to fully understand it and get to know yourself better. You will then develop concrete measures for integrating the model into your everyday leadership activities in such a way that your employees feel secure and empowered by your actions and are highly motivated to do their work. The aim is to create a healthy working environment with a focus on well-being and incorporating the functioning of the brain. This is critical to success, especially for change processes. According to the Institute for Employment Research, 7 million workers will leave the labour market in 2035 due to demographic change. There are currently almost 2 million vacancies in Germany, and the greatest potential workforce lies in talents with a migration background.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How many vacancies does your company currently have?<\/li>\n<li>How are your recruitment processes organised?<\/li>\n<li>What criteria are used for the selection?<\/li>\n<li>How are the job profiles formulated?<\/li>\n<li>Have you already made the shift from &#8220;degree-based&#8221; to &#8220;skill-based hiring&#8221; to open the doors to diverse talents?<\/li>\n<li>How innovative are your search strategies and how well is your company positioned in terms of integrating people with a migration background?<\/li>\n<li>What obstacles need to be overcome in people&#8217;s minds and in the organization?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t<p>Studies show that cultural diversity makes companies more attractive, efficient and successful in the long term. In this lab, we shed light on what I consider to be the most important strategic questions and I share my knowledge from 25 years of HR work as well as coaching and advising refugees as part of my board work for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wirbewegenev.de\"><i>wir bewegen e.V.<\/i><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You will leave the lab feeling inspired and with concrete ideas for your diversity recruiting strategy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The combination of participants from technical management and human resources has proven to be very effective in this area. Since humans are creatures of habit, I don&#8217;t think much of one-off events when it comes to learning and changing behaviours. That&#8217;s why I&#8217;ll remind you and we&#8217;ll arrange two follow-up calls so that you don&#8217;t lose sight of your goals and implementation plans in the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
