Are you looking for an experienced and compassionate personality to support you in successfully mastering a current or future challenge?<\/p>\n

For more than 25 years, I have been coaching and consulting people in different industries, roles and phases of life, nationally and internationally. I work in a one-to-one or small group format – in my coaching space in the centre of Cologne or online.<\/p>\n

Coaching is like a springboard that helps you achieve your personal and professional goals. As a consultant and coach, I provide the board. We work on your attitude and self-confidence, because jumping takes courage and overcoming obstacles. Using various methods and techniques, we work out together how high, how far and in what way you want to jump. We practice until you are ready for the jump.<\/p>\n

In other words: With an appreciative and honest external perspective as well as targeted questions and impulses, I help you to formulate goals, activate resources and develop sustainable solutions and behaviors that suit you and lead you to your goals. Encouraged and clear, you will put them into action.<\/p>\n
